Prepare all KFC products in accordance with KFC standard operating procedures, in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

– Serve ingredients and products cooked according to procedures approved by KFC.

– Maintain and monitor product quality, check and act on the expiration dates and times of each product.

– Ensure the proper use of product storage equipment, respecting storage times and temperatures.

– Follow all standard procedures and programs to clean and sanitize equipment and utensils in food preparation and storage areas.
