OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a versatile employee for our new quick-service restaurant located at the Victoria Urban Terminal in Port Louis, Mauritius.
TASKS MAY INCLUDE:
•Adhering to standard restaurant operating procedures.
•Performing cashier duties, including upselling to customers.
•Accurately handling cash and card transactions.
•Preparing desserts.
•Packing frozen and perishable products in the freezer and cold storage.
•Thawing frozen products.
•Breading, arranging, and cooking products, including chicken, fillets, mini-fillets, wings, etc.
•Preparing the hamburger preparation station and assembling hamburgers.
•Packing orders correctly and carefully.
•Frying French fries and preparing coleslaw.
•Cleaning the restaurant lobby.
•Cleaning equipment.
•This list is not exhaustive; Your manager may also ask you to perform other tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
•High school diploma. Experience in sales or customer service.
•Experience in fast food is an asset.
