Your primary responsibility as a Trainee Call Center Agent is to provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Tasks
•You will be required to do the following as part of your training and daily responsibilities:
•Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat to ensure timely resolution

Qualifications
