GLENCORE COAL SA GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The Program is designed to provide you with extensive exposure to various aspects of the discipline for which you have a tertiary qualification, preparing you to take up a substantive role and grow your career in the business / industry.
Mining Engineering
In order to guarantee our graduates’ holistic growth, we employ a method that is both comprehensive and practical.
As a successful candidate, you will follow a structured development program comprising of:
a 36-month fixed-term contract. rotation through various parts of the business and exposure to various aspects of your discipline. Development in both the technical and behavioural aspects.
Focus on getting hands-on experience, learning from experts through assignments and coaching, and taking relevant classes and workshops.
To be eligible for the Graduate Development Program, you will meet the following minimum requirements:
Relevant Degree.
Outstanding academic record.
Acceptance of working in a team, rule orientation, and learning orientation.
The Nkangala District of the Mpumalanga province – proof of residence must be submitted with application – Glencore Coal Operations South Africa will give preference to applicants who reside in the local communities.
