Description of the Job
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Store Manager at Fish and Chip Co – President Square Vaal in Vereeniging.
Assuring customer satisfaction and upholding high store management standards are the responsibilities of the Store Manager.
Staff management, loss prevention, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining open lines of communication with customers are all examples of duties.
Minimum Requirements
•Grade 12 (Must have)
•Certification in Retail Management or Business Management (Must have)
•Basic computer literacy
•Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
•Strong Communication skills
•Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention Ability to lead and motivate a team
•Strong organizational skills
•Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
