Responsibilities:
•Increasing turnover to ensure that goals are met
•Keeping expenses in check •Managing stock losses to ensure conformity with the company’s standard for shrinkage •Management of people, including hiring, training, relations with employees, and performance tracking implementing store merchandising standards and strategy Implement our customer service strategy and meet our customers’ needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Exprience:
A diploma from the SAT or ACT Retail experience of at least three years and store leadership experience of at least one year are required.
